It’s product portfolio includes Turmeric Powder, Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, Coffee Powder, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Bay Leaves. They are based out of the green paradise Wayanad dist. Of Kerala. All their products are Organic certified (Jaivik Bharat, India Organic) and Vegan. They use eco-friendly reusable packaging.

Embarking on the journey of Wayanadcraft Spices & Handicrafts, our mission is to provide an array of 100% organic, naturally grown products that are entirely free from toxic chemicals. Our commitment extends to reaching as many individuals as possible within the limits of our capacity. Every product within our range undergoes meticulous manual processing and packaging right within the confines of our home. Each packet is imbued with the utmost care and stringent adherence to hygiene standards.

Contrary to a profit-centric approach, our driving force lies in a profound concern for the well-being of our valued customers. At Wayanadcraft, our dedication to delivering wholesome, chemical-free products reflects not just a business ethos, but a genuine commitment to promoting the health and vitality of those we serve.

The hilly terrain and tropical, evergreen rainforest atmosphere of Wayanad make it highly suitable for the cultivation of spices such as Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric, Pepper, Coffee, Tea, and more. Our plantation is fully cultivated with mixed crops, including the aforementioned spices, paddy, coconut, areca nut, banana/plantain, etc.

At Wayanadcraft, all the spices and other products mentioned above are cultivated naturally. We refrain from using any chemical fertilizers and pesticides; instead, we exclusively employ bio-fertilizers like Cow Dung and biopesticides such as 'Jeevamruthum.' Our practices are certified by the Govt. of India under the "National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP)" and the "Bharatiya Prakritik Krishi Paddhathi (BPKP)." Officials from Kerala Govt. Agriculture Dept. conduct regular inspections, offering valuable suggestions to enhance both production and quality. As a result, all our products are naturally grown, ensuring they are free from toxic chemicals and pesticide residues.

SREEKUMAR MARANGHAT SAMBHU

In January 2023, Sreekumar laid the foundation for 'Wayanadcraft Spices & Handicrafts' with a vision to deliver pristine, toxin-free spices directly from his Wayanad plantation to discerning consumers. Boasting two decades of experience in crafting IT solutions with leading multinational corporations, Sreekumar's roots in a middle-class farming family have fueled his profound passion for agriculture. During vacations, he actively participated in farm work, selling the yield in the wholesale market.

Troubled by the prevalence of low-quality products in the market, the idea of creating a venture that could supply high-quality produce from his own plantation germinated in his mind. However, this remained a contemplation for several years. The turning point came at the end of 2022 when Sreekumar shared his vision with like-minded friends, culminating in the establishment of Wayanadcraft Spices & Handicrafts.

An artisan and technologist in equal measure, Sreekumar has crafted exquisite wooden sculptures since childhood, using raw materials like tree stems, roots, and shells sourced from their plantation. These artisanal creations, once reserved for personal use, have now found a place in the Wayanadcraft portfolio. By integrating these eco-friendly, sustainable handicrafts, Sreekumar aims to captivate the hearts of art enthusiasts worldwide and extend the essence of Wayanadcraft beyond spice enthusiasts to a broader community of art lovers.

Mathew, a natural-born sales champion, has accrued over 15 years of experience working with major multinational corporations. Renowned for his resounding presence and exceptional people management skills, he has cultivated strong working relationships with leaders across diverse sectors. Tasked with overseeing the global marketing and sales efforts of our products, Mathew brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Born into a family blessed with ample farming land in Kerala, Mathew harbors a deep passion for agriculture and a strong commitment to contributing products and services that benefit society. Joining forces with Sreekumar, he co-founded Wayanadcraft Spices & Handicrafts, undertaking the challenge of making a mark in the competitive organic products industry.

Mathew firmly believes that quality alone is not sufficient for success; it requires the right blend of marketing and sales strategies. Leveraging his innate sales prowess and adept relationship management skills, he has propelled Wayanadcraft from ground zero to selling over 1500 spice packets per month within a mere two months. The business is on an upward trajectory, growing steadily day by day under his adept leadership.

Meet Gouri, the backbone of Wayanadcraft Spices & Handicrafts. Despite being a retired school clerk, her passion for farming and her remarkable expertise have transformed barren lands into veritable gardens of spice and abundance. With over 50 years of rich experience under her belt, Gouri is a living legend in the farming community.

When Gouri first set foot on the barren soil, she saw untapped potential and a chance to breathe life into the land.

Armed with her vast knowledge and unwavering determination, she introduced innovative farming techniques that revolutionized the industry.

Her methods not only rejuvenated the soil but also set a benchmark for farmers across the region to follow. As an integral part of Wayanadcraft, her experience, wisdom, and strategic guidance form the very foundation of the company's success. Her dedication to sustainability and organic farming has not only led to bountiful harvests but also contributed to the preservation of the environment.
